Festival Ready Hair
The festival braid is staple for looking the part if you go to any festival or just have the vibes from the tv coverage. Whether you fully braid your hair or just sections of it, the style makes it easy to get up and go and not worry about the lack of showers.
If you are not a pro in the braiding department you can cover up the braid with decorative items such as silver hoops or flower pins. As we have all been in the position that no matter hard you try to get one braid as perfect as the other it just will not work.
Our festival must, as well as our I just got up late must, is Joico’s Instant Refresh Dry Shampoo that will bring your hair back to life in seconds. As it zaps the grease while creating volume just like you get when you have washed you hair. Simply just spritz a couple of times to go no-way to yes-way hair.
Joico’s dry shampoo is the perfect life-saver for the braided top to lose bottom look which is so easy to do:
1. Divide your hair into sections from the crown to your forehead into three.
2.French braid each section separately, add a small piece of hair into the middle from each side as you go.
3. The two outside braids, stop plaiting when you reach the middle of your crown. Secure in the middle but braid the middle plait all the way to the end and tie.
4. With the loose ends simply gather them into a bun and wrap the middle braid around the base and secure.
5. Then spritz the rest of your hair with dry shampoo and ta-dah you are done.
