If you are seeking advice concerning a hair or scalp problem and are not able to have a consultation, advice can be given on completion and forwarding of a Questionnaire. This is available on the site at 'Questionnaire' under 'Information'. The response takes the form of a full written reply with, where appropriate, advice for treatment. 

There is a small fee - £45.00 - for this service.
